recurring
Declares a recurring schedule: payload is enqueued as a run of type every time schedule fires. Must be called before start, which registers all declared schedules with the store; only nodes that declare a schedule (and run workers) fire it, so declare recurring jobs on the worker fleet, not on producer-only nodes.
id is the schedule's durable identity, same character rules as a job kind. The definition is code: changing any part of it (schedule, payload, policies) takes effect on the next deploy and resets the schedule's next fire time.
misfire handles fires missed by more than misfireThreshold (downtime, saturation): MisfirePolicy.FireOnce, the default, runs the most recent missed fire late; Skip drops missed fires; CatchUp replays a bounded backfill. overlap decides whether a fire may emit a run while a previous run is still non-terminal. queue overrides JobType.queue for the emitted runs.
